As soon as he subtly touched her, her body and hormones betrayed her. Passionate kisses and caresses ignited the wild fire of  adultery.
"I still love you Omawumi. Nothing has changed." Charles whispered into her ears and planted a kiss on her forehead. This made her feel special and loved again.

They both knew what they were doing was wrong. She wanted to stop, he wanted to stop too, but they were enthralled. Before they knew it, they were panting and engrossed in hot steamy sex.

Apparently, she would have quickly headed home to her husband as soon as she could but Charlie's warmth embrace made her linger for some more. It's obvious that she'd rather stay were she's loved and revered than head home to toxicity.

She laid beside him and robbing his chest affectionately, his heartbeat gave her nostalgic chills.
"I love you Omawumi," he confessed.
"Hmmmm...I love you too Charlie, Mo padanu iwọ pαΊΉlu ifαΊΉ mi" She chimed.

"I miss you too my love. I wish what happened had not happened."

"Charles I'm married now. There's nothing we can do now," she added, "If my husband finds out about this. I'll be in trouble."

"Damn the consequences Omawumi, there's a way out," Charles pleaded, "Please divorce him and be with me. Besides, you never loved him. They forced him on you."

"I'm lawfully married to Korede. It's not as easy as it appears. I'm not happy about it either but we've got family ties too. My dad and his mum co-own the same company and are political allies. It's deeper than you think. It's annoying and complicated," she said, with tears in her eyes.

After half hour of discussions and pillow talk, her phone rang, it was her husband - Dr Korede. The look on her face suggested that she wasn't pleased with the call. She quickly pulled the duvet, wrapped it around her clad body and went into the restroom and had a shower, after which she dressed to leave.

"Omawumi, when I'm I seeing you again?" Charles curiously asked.

"You'd see me when you see me." she replied with an infectious smile.

He stood up from the bed and gave her a tight goodbye hug.

That night while Korede was sound asleep, his wife was not.  She couldn't sleep,
she laid all night thinking about what ensued between her and Charles and longed to be with him again.

Omawumi hadn't had a decent intimate moment with her husband for a while, and he didn't care. He often ignored her and rejected her love making moves. He stayed out late even on days when he wasn't on duty at his Hospital.

To be continued, in my book "π‘ͺπ’‰π’‚π’“π’π’Šπ’†'𝒔 π‘¨π’π’Šπ’ƒπ’Š" to be out soon on Amazon kdp and paperback.
