My friend is acquaintance with a certain man. Let's assume his name is Bello. Bello is jovial and good to everyone around him but he had the habit of drinking and quereling with his young wife. 

recently things went sore between Bello and his wife and it resorted to him hitting her. The neighbour next door rushed to her rescue before the melancholic fellow would kill her. The altercation left her with a swollen lip and a red eye. 

At night her husband threw her luggage out and asked her to leave his house. He locked his apartment and drove to God's knows where, leaving the lactating mom and his child outside. When I heard about this incident I almost cried. Why are *some men this heartless. How could he do to that to his wife and kid. If his wife offended him, did the child offend him too?" 

With nowhere to go and a crying child, she sat on the corridor sobbing, when the neighbour who rescued her earlier came back home, he had no choice but to invite her in. He offered her food and shelter and assured her safety just for the night before they could proffer a solution to the problem. 

Being unmarried and careful, he allowed her and the child to sleep in his living room while he slept in his bedroom, but the next morning hell broke loose. Her husband accused him of having an affair with his wife and brought cops to arrest him. 

Note: This is not the first time, he's fond of hitting her at the slightest provocation but they always reconcile.
