The Book of Judges: Provocative Content

Just when she finished her SSCE with flying colours, her dad and mom died in a ghastly motor accident, leaving  her behind with two younger siblings who couldn't tell the difference between their left and right hands.

Her father's relatives shared and carted away with all the properties her deceased parent possed. With her hope of ever becoming the accountant she had always dreamt of becoming - dashed, she was left with no choice but to fend for her younger ones.

She's the girl next door, the runs girls, the pole dancer that performs at that club down town, she's the girl that sales alcohol at the bar. She's the girl that dances & twerks in the street to attract customers for that trendy mobile phone brand.

Yes! some of her decisions are over the roof and irrational, but she's gotta do what she's gotta do to foot the bills and at least give her two adorable kiddos a better life.

Call her all you want, judge her for all I care. Life has been very very unfair to her. Unlike most of us, she doesn't have the luxury to make choices. She cries every night. She hate herself and what she does to earn (at least) an honest living for her and hers.

Her dream was shattered just when it was about to begin. When people say "God is good; all the time" she silently say to herself "some times"

Less I forget, she hates going to church too, because she feels it's no different from a court room.

Go ahead and judge her...

You whose father still feed, clothe and care for.

You who has numerous real estates and properties to inherit.

You who is sent to the best schools.

You whose parents are rich and live in affluence.

You who life is a little bit kind to.

You who dropped out of college to pursue music 😒

You who has graduated and is working and doing just fine.

She's not like some of us who blew our chances. This girl had no life lines or choices. Hers was snatched by fate.

Maybe if you walk in her shoes, you wouldn't dare judge her like you do.

With a little act of kindness, a less judgemental approach and understanding might just change her.

Next time you want to act the judge, remember Jesus and the Samaritan woman by the well.

Well, I hope I'm able to butress my point.

I'm I?
